Refund Policy for Ambition Tutoring
1. Introduction
At Ambition Tutoring, we strive to offer the best possible educational services. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where you may seek a refund.
2. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a tutoring session, please provide us with at least 24 hours' notice. If you cancel your session less than 24 hours before it's scheduled to start, you will be charged for the full session.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only available under the following conditions:
- Packages, Subscriptions or Plans: If you purchased a package of sessions and decide to discontinue the service, you may request a refund for the unused sessions. However, the used sessions will be charged at the regular per-session rate.
- Single Sessions: If you are not satisfied with a single session, please let us know within 24 hours of the session's completion. We will review your case and may issue a refund if deemed appropriate.
